OPPOTUNITY

OPPOTUNITY

OPPOTUNITY

Futures trading is the core of the platform, but for beginners, it can feel overwhelming. To lower the barrier, we introduced a copy trading feature that allows new users to follow experts. At the same time, it provides lead traders with opportunities to earn additional income and expand their influence by sharing their strategies with others.

MY ROLE

MY ROLE

MY ROLE

As the sole designer for this new feature, I led the end-to-end user flow design from the ground up for both web and app platforms. I conducted a competitive analysis to validate core flows and functionalities, and developed rapid prototypes for usability testing with cross-functional stakeholders.

OUTCOME

OUTCOME

OUTCOME

Because the feature is still under development, I don’t have quantitative results yet. However, I increased the team’s overall productivity by sharing actionable research insights, validating flows with the operations team, and leading weekly design syncs to align decisions and accelerate delivery.

PROCESS IN SHORT

I began by understanding user needs and identifying service gaps through interviews and data reviews. Then I analyzed competitors to uncover opportunities and define the scope for the MVP. Based on these insights, I iterated on UX flows and addressed key design challenges, including noise reduction in performance data. Finally, I validated the solutions with traders, refining the experience to support clearer decision-making and smoother role switching.
